Newton Don Stables is a circa 1818 Grade B Listed two storey quadrangle with a cobbled courtyard.  The proposed works comprise part demolition, conversion and new build extension works consisting, in this initial phase, of the Builderwork and external works to provide a new house and a flat, up to but not including the internal fit-out works.
