Project Description

Erection of 3 terraced blocks of 3 two storey houses at Sanderson Way, Eyemouth.

An innovative design that utilised a challenging site in the Gunsgreen area of Eyemouth.

The houses were a timber kit construction clad with block and render with tiled roofs. The Architects, Oliver Chapman Associates, creative use of coloured render and glazing panels won this project several prestigious awards including- 

"The Saltire Society" Housing Design Competition for work completed in 2008 Commendation

and

"The Chartered Institute of Building" Good Building Awards 2009 Commendation.
