Project Description

Complete refurbishment and upgrading of the existing village hall building including replacement of the substandard lean-to extensions, replacement of the suspended floor with a new insulated solid floor, replacement of external wall and roof cladding as part of a new insulated structural envelope, new doors and windows, new kitchen and toilet facilities, upgraded heating, lighting and power, improved access and a new public sewer connection.
