Apprentice

Congratulations to our 1st year Apprentice Jack Scott, for his recent accolade where he finished Runner Up in a National Apprentice Joiner competition which took place in Lerwick, in the Shetland Islands.  As the winner was a 4th year apprentice, Jack did extremely well in achieving this. 

He was also nominated as Best 1st Year Carpentry and Joinery Student 2018 at the Borders College which he attends on a weekly basis as part of his apprenticeship.  Obviously a skill in the genes as his brother Marc (now in his final apprenticeship year) was nominated as Best 2nd Year Carpentry and Joinery Student in 2016.
