Internal and external refurbishments of Blocks 7, 25 & 26 Stonefield Place, Hawick. The blocks currently comprise a total of 30Nr flats over the three blocks and are being reconfigured to provide 27Nr flats (with 2Nr larger flats and one maisonette formed) in addition to common repair works and associated external works.
